Fishing Report for 8-24-13

Nearing the end of August already? Wow, where has the summer gone? Fishing around the area has been a little tough as we have had water temps rise up near 80 on some local waters.
This morning we were on a big clear lake and had 76 on the surface. A mixed bag of walleye, bass, and panfish came into the boat as we dodged a thunderstorm moving through. The largemouth bass was the most common brand of fish this am. The walleyes are moving a bit deeper lately and covering move water is a good idea if your targeting just wallys.
Muskies are slow currently, a few biters here and there but nothing great.
Good luck and good fishing,
